A 28-year-old unemployed man, David Umeh, who allegedly attempted stealing a car in a church premises, was on Wednesday charged before an Apapa Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.
Umeh, of no fixed address, is facing a count charge of attempted stealing before Chief Magistrate E.A. Ogundare.
