Nigeria qualify for CAN U17

Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets on Sunday reached the finals of the 2013 African Under17 Championship in Morocco.
The Golden Eaglets defeated their Malian counterparts 2-0 in the return leg of the final round of qualifying in Bamako on Sunday.
Isaac Success scored for Nigeria on 23 minutes to take their aggregate to 3-0.
The Eaglets also had a goal struck off in the first half.
But the Nigerian team put the game beyond the hosts when Bernard Bulbwa scored to make the scoreline secure for Manu Garba’s team.
The Nigerians qualify for Morocco 2013 with a 100 percent record – winning all of their qualifying games.
The Golden Eaglets had won the first leg against Mali a fortnight ago by 2-0 with Wilfred Ndidi and Alhassan Ibrahim scoring the goals.
